Sofitel Bora Bora Motu Private Island: There are two Sofitel
facilities on Bora Bora. The Sofitel Bora Bora Motu is located on a private island with fantastic views of the main island, sunrise, sunset
and the crystal blue waters of the lagoon. There are only about 20 bungalows on the entire island and you can take your pick from beach bungalows, tree top bungalows
or overwater bungalows...I recommend the overwater bungalows. Kayaks are available and you can leisurely paddle to the opposite side of the island for some great

Le Meridien: The Le Meridien on Bora Bora is located on the outer edge of the lagoon facing the main island. This is a very nice property with lots to do: snorkeling, hiking, sailing, relaxing, wind surfing and more. It is unique in that it also has a sea turtle refuge and you can watch them gather during the daily feedings. There is also a small private lagoon which is protected and attracts a lot of fish that you can swim with. Go for the overwater bungalow and you can watch the fish from the glass floor in your room and sometimes hear reef sharks as they wrestle their prey in the lagoon...these are small sharks and nothing to worry about.
